1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site or renting dumpsters from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or Services.

2. Services Offered

Seattle Right Meow Dumpsters provides dumpster rental and waste disposal services — including delivery, placement, pickup, and disposal — primarily within King and Pierce Counties, Washington.

3. Rental Agreement & Booking

3.1. Rental Period

• The standard rental period is up to 7 days from delivery.
• Extensions may be available for a fee; additional days incur extra charges.

3.2. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is scheduled based on availability; same-day or next-day delivery may be available.
• You must provide accurate address and access details for delivery and pickup.
• We reserve the right to delay or reschedule based on weather, road conditions, or equipment availability.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees (rental, delivery, disposal, taxes, and any additional charges) are due as specified in your quote/invoice.
• Payment is due upon delivery or via online checkout unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major credit cards and other authorized payment methods.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension and collection action.

5. Weight Limits, Fees & Pricing Policies

• Pricing may include a weight allotment.
• Overage beyond included weight may be charged per ton or as stated in the quote.
• Additional fees may apply for service outside the standard area.
• Hidden or prohibited items may incur extra fees.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As the renter, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery location and project details.
• Ensure the delivery area is accessible and free of obstacles.
• Load waste safely and only into the rented dumpster.
• Comply with applicable local laws, permits, and ordinances.
• Not exceed weight limits or include prohibited items (see Section 7).

7. Prohibited Materials

The following items may not be placed in a dumpster:

• Hazardous or toxic waste (fuels, chemicals, asbestos, etc.)
• Medical or biological waste
• Tires (without special approval)
• Liquids, paints with free liquids, sealed drums
• Other materials prohibited by law or landfill rules

8. Cancellation & Changes

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery to avoid fees.
• Changes must be requested and confirmed with us.
• Site bookings may be modified via customer service contact.

9. Liability & Damage

• We are not responsible for property damage unless caused by our negligence.
• You are responsible for dumpster damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the dumpster or Site.

10. Site Use & Intellectual Property

• This Site and its content are owned or licensed by Seattle Right Meow Dumpsters.
• You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or misuse Site content.
• We may refuse service or access for violations.

11. Privacy

Your use of our Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law
